See <a href="https://repository.brynmawr.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1076&context=compsci_pubs" class="">https://repository.brynmawr.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1076&context=compsci_pubs</a> for a recent paper discussing (among other things) a formalization of a dependently-typed version of Core.
