Do you know whether Frege (<a href="https://github.com/Frege" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://github.com/Frege</a>) is a viable option for that? At least at the surface, it qualifies, but I don't know whether the details (performance, Java library interoperability, stability, availability of Haskell language extensions) work out well enough for that.<div class="HOEnZb"><div class="h5"><br>
