Should there be a similar place for tooling and libraries?<br>

Those are not part of the language but can significantly change
one's experience while coding in Haskell.<br>
One of my nitpicks (or rough edges) is that QuickCheck fails by
letting all tests pass when you mistakenly provide polymorphic type
signatures. This is definitely not safe default behavior, especially
for security testing.<br>
