more HDirect confusion

Things that are popping up when I try to use HDirect:

1. I don't have a "com" directory under "ghc/lib/imports". So, I made one
and copied the files from "hdirect-0.17/lib" into it. I don't know if
that's right.

2. I don't have a "misc" package anywhere. The makefiles complain about
"-syslib misc".

3. I don't have a file called "HScom_imp.a". ld complains about
"-lHScom_imp.a".

I thought I installed everything correctly. I did "make boot", and then
"make", and then "make lib".
