 If nothing else, `ZT` has shown me that my patch in comment:1 isn't
 sufficient to fix the underlying issue in the first place. If I comment
 out the default equation for `ZT`, then `:kind ZT` still gives me `forall
 {k}. Maybe k`, with or without the patch. Back to the drawing board...
