 If you git clone HEAD and run ./validate the system should build without
 further ado.  It doesn't.  The make all fails, complaining about an
 absence of sphinx-build.   Using the mk .sample files doesn't help.

 Installing sphinx-bulid resolves the issue.

 So the documentation here and/or the default build are out of sync with
 each other.
