 Thanks for the bug report. This is a duplicate of #13819, which has been
 fixed in GHC 8.4 and later.

 Note that the type signature that you probably meant to write was `(a -> b
 -> c) -> [a] -> [b] -> [c]`, not `(a -> b -> c) [a] -> [b] -> [c]`.
