 When installing Haskell in my Windows 10 machine and executing the
 following at GitBash  MinGw64 prompt $

 cabal install doctest hindent stylish-haskell tasty tasty-hunit tasty-
 quickcheck codeworld-api

 The error attached displayed after the installation .
