 Consider the type representation,
 {{{#!hs
 rep = typeRep @(Int -> Char)
 }}}

 We would expect this to match the pattern,
 {{{#!hs
 (App (App arrowRep intRep) charRep)
 }}}

 However, this is currently not the case. Fix this.
