 Argh! (1) I only just saw this message a couple of days ago. Not sure why
 I didn't get / read / act upon email from trac.

 Argh! (2) I never meant to delete it from my website, I musta just been
 trigger happy one day. And for some reason it had never been added to the
 git repo that backs the site.

 After a deal of searching, I did manage to find a copy. I've reinstated it
 on my website, and have attached it to this ticket.
