 But alternatively, and perhaps better, we have
 [https://wiki.haskell.org/GHC GHC's collaborative documentation pages].
 These are on the Haskell wiki, writable by anyone.  The user manual is
 meant to specify what GHC does; these pages give advice about how to get
 the job done, examples, etc.  The notes you give above would be rather
 good there.

 (The contents page itself could do with some editing work too!)
