Comment (by adamgundry):

 Rather than defining `integerLit`, perhaps we should just treat a type
 application to an overloaded literal specially, and say that `5 @Int`
 desugars to `fromInteger @Int 5`? This would work with `RebindableSyntax`
 just fine.
