 Yes: the visiblity of the `k` type parameter for `$dmeqForAllPoly` is
 somehow inconsistent with that of the class.

 See `Note [TyBinders and ArgFlags]` in `TyCoRep`.

 I have a fix in progress.  As usual you have nailed the right place.
