 When GHC takes longer to compile the same file, it's sometime because it's
 generated bigger code.  What does `-dshow-passes` show `ghc-before` and
 `ghc-after` compiling the same `DynFlags.hs`?

 `DynFlags` is a jolly big file.  Are there smaller modules that show a big
 compile-time difference.  `nofib-analyse` shows some per-module info I
 think.
