Comment:

 So it seems that we somehow have an unsaturated application of `(#,#)`
 making it to `CoreToStg`. Usually saturated applications of a
 `DataConWorkId` will result in a `StgConApp`. However, since this isn't
 saturated we end up with an `StgApp`. More updates to come.
