 Another update: after updating msys 2.0 the crash disappeared in both
 `runghc` and `ghci`. Even portable-git's `git-bash` now behaves correctly,
 which is really puzzling. Apparently it's somehow related to dlls that ghc
 distribution uses.

 However, the crash is still there if I use `cmd.exe`:
