 Is there an ETA on quantified contexts? Do they cover legitimate uses of
 '`UnsafeDeriving`' or are there cases where it would still be useful?

 If we must wait a few releases for quantified constraints to hit this can
 function as a stopgap solution, could be marked as experimental
