 Now on the branch https://github.com/LambdaHack/LambdaHack/tree/ghc-
 bug-12603 the manually inlined code is 3 times faster than the code with
 INLINE. I tried creating a small example by starting just with the
 offending module and Main.hs with a loop, but it's not enough, so I gave
 up for now.
