 @bgamari: I use stack and it still shows GHC's output.

 @hvr: I think it is more newcomer friendly because I think it is noise for
 them. But it is also noise for me even if I am not a beginner. As in the
 end I can't speak for newcomers, I will be fine with any -fno-show-
 whatever-paths flag.
