 And since we are discussion this part of GHC output, can we get a flag to
 disable all of progress wholesale? I have a project with 250 modules,
 ghci's :reload produces a couple of screenfuls of useless information.
 Note that errors/warnings have their location attributed anyway, which is
 good.
