Comment:

 Ahh, I had assumed this was on `master` but no, you are looking at 7.10.2
 for which the manpage is generated by an XSLT stylesheet. It's no surprise
 that this is broken, it's always been a bit flaky. That being said, I
 really don't think it's worth fixing given that the 7.10.3 will be the
 last release to use it now since we have Sphinx.
