Comment:

 Hugs reports a similar error: Undefined variable "b10101". So I'm guessing
 the haskell report dictates `0b0101` should be parsed as 2 tokens (but I'm
 having difficulties finding out where it would say so exactly), and this
 would be a breaking change.
