 If I try to compile a pattern type signature like
 {{{
 pattern P :: G Int
 }}}
 without having enabled `PatternSynonyms` then I get the error
 {{{
 Pat.hs:8:1:
     Invalid type signature: pattern P :: G Int
     Should be of form <variable> :: <type>
 }}}
 We could easily work out to suggest that the user enable `PatternSynonyms`
 here.
