 Wow, I ran `runghc -lmsvcr120 LogFloat.hs` and it works perfectly.

 It turns out there's another quirk: if I go to the `logfloat` source and
 run `ghc-stage2 --interactive -isrc src/Data/Number/LogFloat.hs`, I can
 then invoke `log1p 1.0` without any linker issues. If I run `cabal repl`
 instead and then call `log1p 1.0`, it can't find the `log1p` symbol. Hm.
