Just for context, what kind of configuration is this? e.g.
DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS=YES/NO (seems both were mentioned in the comments, so
maybe it is broken for both)? Registerised (with LLVM) or unregisterised?
If registerised, then does the unregisterised version work?
I think ghci at least used to work in some configuration on ARM, right?
