 This may change if we decided to bring more of the "non-transformers" that
 sit in `transformers` into `base`, e.g. `Product` and `Sum` for functors
 can generalize

 {{{
 Product :: (k -> *) -> (k -> *) -> k -> *
 Sum :: (k -> *) -> (k -> *) -> k -> *
 }}}

 and the generalizations are quite useful.
