 Here, we would be given `Typeable <[k] -> *> a` and need to derive
 `Typeable <[k -> *] -> *> (C <[k] -> *> <[k -> *]> a)`. Yes, that
 ''would'' require decomposition, indicating that we should store more than
 just the kind fingerprint. Another very nice test case. Thanks!
