Comment:

 Wonky or not, GHC ought to be able to solve `t0 ~ (t0 + 1) - 1`.

 And indeed it is fine with GHC 7.10 and HEAD.

 So I'll add this nicely-reduced test (thank you) as a regression test, and
 close the ticket.

 I hope that CLASH compiles ok with 7.10!
