 Ah, excellent. Perhaps fma can be tacked on to that proposal.

 I was reading through https://wiki.haskell.org/Library_submissions and it
 actually suggests proposals should now be filed as tickets; unless I'm
 misreading it. There used to be an e-mail to the libraries@ mailing list I
 think; is that still the way to go?
