 Here's a strange thought: once we have `* :: *`, does `Typeable k a` imply
 `Typeable * k`? It probably should. But then we would have

 {{{
 class Typeable k => Typeable (a :: k) where ...
 }}}

 which has a superclass cycle. The cycle is benign because we know that all
 kinds have type `*`, but it still is a curious beast.

 Of course, this isn't necessary, but it would be nice.
