Comment (by ezyang):

 Here is an easy new error message we can do:

 {{{
 testsuite/tests/th/T10279.hs:5:10: error:
     Failed to load interface for ‘A’
     no package key matching ‘base-4.8.1.0’ was found
     (This package key looks like the source package ID;
      the real package key is ‘base’)
     In the expression: (base-4.8.1.0:A.Foo)
     In an equation for ‘blah’: blah = (base-4.8.1.0:A.Foo)
 }}}

 but I think a better plan is to update `cvtName` in `hsSyn/Convert.hs` to
 validate modules in `flavour`. (But maybe we want to update the error
 message here anyway.)
