 Just a quick update. Currently Peter's source notes patches are in review:

   https://phabricator.haskell.org/D169

 Once those are merged, Peter can submit the DWARF emitting patches for
 review. Once also that is merged, I can submit my patches for stack traces
 on top of all that.
