 Added some comments (delineated with '''Richard:''' ... '''End Richard''')
 to the [GhcKinds/KindInference wiki page]. I believe the (PARGEN) option
 you describe there agrees with my proposal. I also believe that my
 proposed algorithm now (with dolio's changes to Ermine) matches Ermine's.
