 In the code review, the flag is called `-dth-file`. Why not include the
 word `dump`?

 How about:

 || `ddump-th`                || dump to stdout          ||
 || `ddump-th -ddump-to-file` || dump to a `.th.hs` file ||

 This would be more consistent with for example `-ddump-hi` and `-ddump-hi
 -ddump-to-file` (which dumps to a `.dump-hi` file).
