 I would prefer the behaviour proposed by goldfire (or some variation of
 that), that is, I believe TypedHoles should be fatal by default and only
 optionally non-fatal.

 I have no opinion on eliminating the current "-fno-warn-typed-holes", if
 it stays and we get "-fsilent-typed-holes" or something similar, I would
 be satisfied too.
