 gate/tree/master/usr/src/cmd/sgs/libdl that there is no code in libdl.

 Instead it is filter library https://github.com/illumos/illumos-
 gate/blob/master/usr/src/cmd/sgs/libdl/amd64/Makefile

 -F flag is supported even by GNU ld.
