 Correct.  And I edited comments:12, where I had previously said something
 wrong.

 I should also add that {{{(a `pseq` blah)}}} '''does''' guarantee that `a`
 is evaluated before the evaluation of `blah` is begun.  That's the
 difference between `seq` and `pseq`.
