 Oh, well, that would explain the static case; I never implemented ctors
 because I wasn't sure if anyone had a version of GCC which still emitted
 them. Can you attach the object file to this bug report so I can figure
 out what the correct flags to test for are?

 Actually, I know what's going on with the dynamic case too.
