 Kazu, I pushed a speculative fix into HEAD. Please try to build latest
 HEAD and tell me whether the problem is gone.

 Kazu, when you were dumping this Cmm, did you got anything on stderr? On
 my machine I am getting a warning that `cFXS` and `cFXT` are non-call
 proc-points. This warning is not in your dump. I suspect the reason is
 that you did not redirect stderr to the log.txt file.
