 @luke, theres currently no plans for a 7.6.4 (unfortunately)

 that said, this bug, and the needed work arounds, if we want 7.6 to work
 sanely on 10.9 or xcode 5 without crazy hacks for EVERY user, might just
 merit it. i've made sure the haskell platform folks are aware of this
 issue,

 one work around alternatively is by prepping a 7.6.3 that has your clang
 wrapper in the bin?
