Comment:

 Actually `-fwarn-lazy-unlifted-bindings` is currently (HEAD) still a
 warning. The comment (`TcBinds`, line 1351) says

         -- This should be a checkTc, not a warnTc, but as of GHC 6.11
         -- the versions of alex and happy available have non-conforming
         -- templates, so the GHC build fails if it's an error:
 }}}
 Can anyone comment on whether the Haskell Platform versions of `alex` and
 `happy` are now conforming?
