Thanks to those who followed up regarding this. There does appear to be <br>

I believe the <a href="http://haskell.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">haskell.org</a> servers are accepting emails bound for the <br>
list and storing them in the archives, but presumably are failing to <br>
deliver them to some recipients' mailservers due to some kind of <br>
misconfiguration. The issue appears to affect both regular list emails <br>
and other emails sent by the list management software (e.g. password <br>
reminders). An easy way to test if you are affected is to request a <br>
password reminder by entering your address at the bottom of this page: <br>
