I can't tell if SPJ's concerns
<https://github.com/ghc-proposals/ghc-proposals/pull/98#issuecomment-350206819>
were addressed by subsequent edits.

I'm general in favor of all things that make low-allocation, strict
programming more practical.  So it is no surprise that this sounds like
music to my ears, and thus I'm inclined to argue for "accept".
