After a few surprises, I have finished my migration.<br>

Unfortunately, CI IS STILL BROKEN.<br>

All CI runners disabled themselves while GitLab was in maintenance<br>
mode. (That's not very helpful, but never mind.)<br>
<br>
As I do not have the access or privileges required to restart the<br>
runners, they will stay dead until the proper people can restart them.<br>
<br>
