<p>Head of ghc is broken not head of time. Ghc is currently set to 6e202ed while head is 4eb06c0. So checking out the master branch of libraries/time should bring you to a working build.

<p>I am currently without my ssh keys so cannot push it. If someone else wants to update it? Otherwise I'll do so when I get home.
