I suppose the Sphinx html targets should simply fail with an error when<br>
BUILD_SPHINX_HTML is not set. The right place to fix this is likely<br>
rules/<a href="http://sphinx.mk" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">sphinx.mk</a> if you are interested in fixing this.<br>
