<p dir="ltr">I can only confirm that I saw the same confusing behaviour: the build is marked as failed but is still running. In all of the cases the failure was infrastructure related and wad retried automatically. Once the second run finished, the build status gets overwritten.</p>
<p dir="ltr">It looks like a design issue, it's not fatal but is definitely annoying.</p>

I had a ticket about this with CircleCI. They have told me after a<br>
week-ish that it was fixed on their end and I did not see any new builds<br>
with this problem. Perhaps it's a regression. The ticket number in their<br>
system is 26023. Should I raise a new one or you want to?<br>
