commit d8a45b9a2f716f36e2c568b86bf8c0717d3dd7ca
Author: Joachim Breitner <mail at joachim-breitner.de>
Date: Thu Dec 15 10:57:43 2016 -0800

Add a CSE pass to Stg (#9291)

This CSE pass only targets data constructor applications. This is
probably the best we can do, as function calls and primitive operations
    might have side-effects.

Introduces the flag -fstg-cse, enabled by default with -O.
