  Log:
  Removed ill-conceived alias of nhc_mkCInt for nhc_mkInt.  In the longer term
  we might like to get rid of CDATA but it needs to be done carefully because
  in the old and new runtimes foreign objects are assumed to be CDATA (and hence
  don't get collected properly if CDATA is not used).
