  Fixed major bug where new heap pointer not returned after GC!
  Support for VAP_TAG0, VAP_TAG1 and CON_CDATA.
  Better error message when unexpected node tag encountered.
  Explain high mem test.
  Debugging support for printing memory layout, heap and stack.
  Turn off bellGc-style debugging messages for now.
  File warning in generated file(s).
  Remove whitespace from end of lines to keep fw happy.
